・Tororo Oden (Plum x Aonori)

- A light and refreshing spring dish featuring daikon radish soaked in broth, topped with grated yam.The tartness of the plum and the aroma of the seaweed make it refreshing.

French fries × mentaiko tartar sauce × garlic baguette

- Dip crispy potatoes in rich mentaiko tartar sauce.A satisfying snack to enjoy with freshly baked baguette.

Takoyaki Burger (Teriyaki Ponzu Sauce)

- Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.A fun dish with the rich flavor of ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes, reminiscent of takoyaki.
